At Dupsie's
we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality
service and support. We have provided our shipping and return
policy below. Should you have any questions please feel free
to contact our offices.
Shipping Policy:
• Most orders placed before 1PM EST will ship same business
day.
•
Most orders are delivered within 3 days of the order date.
•
For express shipping, we offer UPS Next Day Air through UPS
(United Parcel Service) and Express mail (USPS EXpress Mail)
through the United States Postal Service. UPS guarantees Next
day Air. USPS (United States Postal Service) can take up to
2 days depending on delivery schedules.
• All Special Order pieces will be shipped upon arrival
of the product or as requested by the purchaser.
• Customer has 3 business days to report any missing
or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise.
• Shipping Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does
not include Saturdays, Sundays, and/or holidays.
• Dupsie's reserves the right to refuse any order for
any reason.
Damaged/Lost/Delayed
Shipments:
Dupsie's is not responsible for items that may be damaged,
or lost by the shipping company, or "carrier" (FedEx,
UPS,USPS). All products and packaging should be carefully
inspected upon receipt. Dupsie's has no control over the timeliness
of the shipments and cannot be held responsible for any delays
caused by the carrier.

Defective Returns:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All
unworn clothing can be exchanged for full Store credit of
the merchandise within 7 days of purchase. The following guidelines
must be met for consideration of return.
• Must contact our offices within 3 Days from date of
receiving any merchandise.. We do not accept exhanges
after 14 days. No exceptions unless authorized before purchase.
• Must have a valid Return Authorization Number. To get
a Return Authorization Number(RMA number) , contact our offices
at 1 855-387-7437 or email info@dupsies.com
• All returns must be post marked within 4 business days
from the issue date of the Return Authorization Number. Packages
not post marked within 4 days of issue date of the Return
Authorization Number may be rejected by the returns department.
• Clothing must not be altered or tampered with in attempts
to modify.
• The item must still have the tag attached to it.
• The item must be in its original condition.
•
Return postage is not paid by Dupsie's.
Dupsie's Store credits will be emailed to the purchaser's
registered email for redemption within 5 business days of
receipt of Clothing. Packages should be mailed to the address
below with the Return Authorization on the outside of the
box.
